On this page you can purchase downloads of my custom modular building instructions. With each download you get a PDF step-by-step building guide, a text part list, and an additional XML coded list for ease of ordering the parts on BrickLink.com. Newer models come with a BrickStore part list file as well (see item details). The part lists include part numbers from the BrickLink.com database, piece color and counts, and descriptions so you can easily find what you need for the build. The PDF files are in full color which you can use on your PC or in printed form to build these highly detailed designs.
To order instructions use the "Add to Cart" buttons located below each item description and next to each model photo. The desired product(s) will be added to your cart (opens in another page or tab) so you can pay via PayPal. Your download link(s) will be emailed to you shortly after I confirm receipt of your payment, typically within 1-2 days. The download link will be sent to the email address your payment comes from.

“Corner Candy”
Item Description: My first and our currently most popular model (by Jonathan Williams), is this quite busy Victorian style building sporting a street level candy store and upper two-level apartment. It features lots of building textures, window flower baskets, minifigure statues, and a highly popular custom designed spiral stair case! This model DOES NOT have a furnished interior (see next listing for store furnishing instruction package) and is ready to be customized to your taste should you want one.

Item Description: A candy store add-on to compliment my first and our currently most popular model "Corner Candy" (by Jonathan Williams). Item Description: The second of our modular designs, City Post & Library (by Jonathan Williams), has a post office in the first floor and a library above. “Jewelry Store”
Item Description: Our third and newest modular is the city Jewelry Store (by Jonathan & Joseph Williams). Built in the Victorian style this building makes good use of the color scheme to give an elegant look. All levels are fully furnished. The lower level jewelry store showcases antique wooden display cases filled with various jewelry, coins, gems, and the like. The upper level two-story apartment is accessed from behind and is filled with detail including a kitchen, refrigerator, sofa, beds, TV, window curtains, and so much more!
